Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and strict health and safety regulations, Infinite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, heat-sealed sterile packaging. We strive to ensure you receive the perfect piece while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for all our clients.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your jewelry is still inside its original, unopened, and tamper-evident vacuum seal. For health reasons, we cannot accept any item if the sterile seal has been broken or altered.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Place the sealed jewelry inside a padded mailer or a rigid box to prevent damage during transit. Please include your original packing slip or a note with your RMA number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the sterile seal, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
